Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Career Growth, and Psychological Safety on employee Work Engagement at CV Canbe Kosmetik Indonesia in Jombang. This research employed a quantitative approach using a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sample of 49 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 31. The results show that there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Career Growth, and Psychological Safety on Work Engagement. Partially, Perceived Organizational Support and Psychological Safety have a positive and significant effect, while Career Growth has a positive but not significant effect on Work Engagement. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.718 indicates that 71.8% of the variation in Work Engagement is explained by the independent variables, while 28.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
