Abstract

This study examines how work system, compensation, and employee well-being influence the performance of office staff at PT Haleyora Powerindo, East Java Branch. Adopting a quantitative associative approach, the research focused on the entire office population, utilizing a saturated sampling technique to gather data from 35 respondents. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires, with the resulting insights processed through multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 31. The findings reveal that, collectively, work systems, compensation, and welfl-being play a significant role in determining employee performance. When analyzed individually, both work systems and employee well-being show a positive and significant impact. Interestingly, compensation alone did not yield a significant effect on performance in this specific context. With an Adjusted R Square value of 0.647, the results indicate that these three variables account for 64.7% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining portion is driven by external factors not covered in this study. Keywords: Work System, Compensation, Employee Well-being, Employee Performance
