Abstract

CV. Rizqi Anhu Kemala is a retail store located at Jl. Tidar No. 93 B, Petemon, Sawahan District, Surabaya City, East Java, and has been operating since 2019, specializing in the sale of bulk chemical products. In facing competition from similar businesses in the surrounding area, the company requires an appropriate business development strategy to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability. This study aims to formulate business development strategies using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to identify the company’s business model, SWOT analysis to determine internal and external factors, and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to establish the most effective strategic priorities. The results indicate that the main priority strategy is providing educational content regarding the functions, safety, and benefits of chemical products through social media and digital catalogs to increase consumer trust, with a total attractiveness score of 6.206. Other strategies include establishing partnerships with local MSMEs and industries as alternative suppliers, developing structured digital promotion strategies, strengthening brand identity, and improving instant delivery services and responsive customer service as competitive advantages. The implementation of these strategies is expected to enhance competitiveness and support the sustainable business development of CV. Rizqi Anhu Kemala.
