Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of incentives, rewards, and work facilities on employee job satisfaction at Perumda Air Minum Surya Sembada, Surabaya. Adopting a quantitative associative approach, this study employed a saturated sampling technique involving a total of 35 employees as respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 31 software to ensure statistical precision. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, the variables of incentives (X1), rewards (X2), and work facilities (X3) significantly affect employee job satisfaction (Y), with an F-test value of 43.008. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R2) was found to be 0.806, suggesting that 80.6% of the variance in job satisfaction is explained by these three independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by external factors outside the research model. Although the partial effects vary, work facilities emerged as the most critical factor in enhancing workplace comfort. These results provide empirical evidence for management to strategically optimize incentive systems, rewards, and infrastructure to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction. Keywords: Incentives; Rewards; Work Facilities; Job Satisfaction.
