Abstract

Tourism is not merely a service provided by industry actors to meet visitor needs, but also involves various essential components that support the successful development of a region as a tourist destination. Pasar Keramat Mojokerto is one of the markets with significant cultural and historical value, making it a unique cultural tourism attraction in East Java. This market functions not only as a trading center but also as a place where diverse local traditions such as religious rituals, traditional culinary practices, and inherited beliefs continue to be preserved. Visitor reviews on Google Review indicate that the management of Pasar Keramat Mojokerto is not yet optimal, particularly in terms of orderliness and supporting facilities, which can reduce visitor comfort. These conditions may negatively affect the tourist experience and potentially influence revisit intention if not immediately addressed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the 6A tourism components on tourists’ revisit intention at the “Keramat” Cultural Market Mojokerto. This research employs a quantitative method. The population consists of tourists who have visited Pasar Keramat Mojokerto, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling with a quota approach. The results show that attraction is the only variable that has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, while other variables such as amenities, ancillary services, accessibility, and available packages have negative effects, indicating a mismatch between visitors’ expectations and on site conditions. Activities were also found to have no significant effect on revisit intention. Simultaneously, the six variables still have a significant influence with an R Square value of 0.636, suggesting that the overall quality of destination components needs improvement to effectively enhance revisit intention. Key words: revisit intention, cultural tourism, tourism
