Abstract
Web application development has become one of the main focuses in improving operational efficiency in various companies, including PT Telkom Indonesia. The ReCME application is used to support the Change Release Activity (CRA) process in the Digital Energy Facilities (DEFA) sub-unit, where user-friendly features are essential to ensure smooth operations and accurate information delivery. The development of the CRA feature using the Laravel framework is expected to make it easier for users to manage changes and ensure that the CRA process runs effectively. The purpose of this Internship Program (Praktek Kerja Lapangan/PKL) is to design and develop the user interface of the CRA feature in the ReCME application using Laravel, in order to improve user experience and ensure the system functions properly. Through this development, users are expected to be able to submit, approve, and monitor CRA more efficiently. With the completion of this feature development, the ReCME application is expected to be more accessible and provide tangible benefits for the operations of PT Telkom Indonesia, especially in handling CRA in the DEFA sub-unit. The results of this internship are expected to be a useful contribution to the company and can be further developed to meet future operational needs.
