Abstract
The underlying phenomenon of this research is the decline in employee performance at CV Sumber Lancar, evident in work delays, increased absenteeism, and a suboptimal work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 45 production employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that higher discipline leads to better performance. The physical work environment also has a positive and significant effect on performance, ensuring comfortable and adequate working conditions can increase productivity. Companies are advised to increase discipline monitoring and improve the quality of the work environment to support improved employee performance.
