Abstract
This research focuses on developing an Employee Management System at PT Sinergi Transformasi Digital using SQL Server Management Studio. The project began with an in-depth analysis of end-user needs, which included surveys, interviews and group discussions with relevant stakeholders. The results of this analysis form the basis for comprehensive database design, including logical and physical design and creation of a data model that fits the information structure required for effective employee management. The next step is system development based on the design that has been prepared. Implementation is carried out by creating a database schema, writing SQL scripts, and developing stored procedures and other functions to support system operations. Extensive testing is conducted to validate system functionality, identify and fix potential problems, and ensure optimal security and performance before the system is fully implemented. The supporting documents created in this project record every detail of each development step, including complete descriptions of each stored procedure, owner, and required properties. This document is not only for documentation purposes, but also as an important communication tool between development team members and stakeholders. This ensures that all parties involved clearly understand the structure and function of the Employee Management System being developed, as well as maintaining consistency and harmony in the development and implementation of the system.
