Abstract
This study examines four variables consisting of Workload (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and Job Satisfaction (Y). Job satisfaction is an important indicator for companies in achieving organizational success. To maintain operational continuity and accomplish organizational goals, it is essential to consider various factors that influence employee job satisfaction, such as managing workload, ensuring work discipline, and enhancing motivation to support productivity and organizational development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Workload, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of 50 outsourced employees, all of whom were used as the sample (total sampling/sensus). Data processing and analysis were conducted using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with the assistance of Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results indicate that Workload has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. These findings confirm that effective workload management, the implementation of proper work discipline, and efforts to enhance work motivation are crucial factors in increasing employee job satisfaction.
