Abstract
PT. Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta (BRAINS) is a company that operates in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) sector, and offers services in the fields of Trading, Handling and Services, with a main focus on Operations and Maintenance (O&M). This year, the company received various types of projects, including the construction of Preliminary Direction Signs (RPPJ), installation of palm shell conveyors, and others. However, due to the large number of activities carried out, several obstacles emerged which prevented the project from being completed immediately. These problems include aspects of design and scheduling, supply of raw materials, production processes, warehouse management, and delivery. The main factors causing these obstacles include human error, less than optimal equipment and machines, unsupportive work environments, and other factors. If it is not repaired immediately, the company will experience a decrease in productivity which will cause operational losses, financial losses, and even a decline in the company's reputation. To resolve this problem, a risk management analysis was carried out using the House of Risk (HOR) method. The results of this analysis identified four mitigation priorities with a cumulative percentage value of 53.41%. Recommended mitigation steps include providing strict sanctions against employees who lack discipline, preparing SOPs for each section, strict selection of employees who have the best abilities, as well as efforts to maintain cooperation and create a conducive work environment. It is hoped that through this mitigation strategy analysis, the company will be able to make improvements to the problems that occur and run projects better and more efficiently.
