Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service performance on visitor satisfaction and loyalty at Mojosemi Forest Park, Magetan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 100 visitor respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that service performance has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction has a significant effect on visitor loyalty. In addition, service performance also has a direct effect on loyalty, so that satisfaction is proven to partially mediate the relationship between service performance and loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality in the dimensions of reliability, assurance, tangible evidence, empathy, and responsiveness to encourage satisfaction and build long-term visitor loyalty.
