Abstract
The research in this thesis, entitled “The Influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction in Betet Village, Nganjuk Regency,” aims to determine whether facilities and service quality influence the satisfaction of tourists visiting the village. Researcher employed a quantitative method, which was used to measure the extent to which facilities and service quality influence tourist satisfaction at Betet Village's agricultural tourism site, both simultaneously and partially. The technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, where the sample consists of tourists visiting the Betet Farm Tourism in Nganjuk. Since the population size is unknown or may change at any time, the sample in this study uses Roscoe's formula, which will yield 100 respondents. The analysis for this study uses software IBM Statistic SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is a less positive relationship between Facilities and Service Quality on tourist satisfaction. Although it does not have an effect, the management and related parties must still maintain the factors that can influence tourist satisfaction with the facilities and service quality provided.
