Abstract

Employee performance significantly impacts operational success and the achievement of company goals, particularly in the service sector, such as the automotive industry. Having competent resources and high performance that meets company targets can support the achievement of company goals. To obtain competent resources, companies must provide support by providing facilities and supporting factors to create competent human resources within the company. This research used quantitative methods with primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was 52 sales and technician employees, using saturated sampling, which uses the entire population as the research sample. The data analysis method used Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to test validity, reliability, and hypothesis. From the data testing results, it can be concluded that: (1) Job training has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Astra Internasional TBK Auto 2000 Waru. (2) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Astra Internasional TBK Auto 2000 Waru. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive influence on the performance of employees at PT Astra Internasional TBK Auto 2000 Waru.
