Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the comparative advantage, competitive advantage, and factors affecting the volume of Indonesian coffee exports in the European Market within a period of twenty years from 2004 - 2023. The methods used are Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Trade Specialization Index (TSI), and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that Indonesian coffee is strongly competitive in terms of exports as evidenced by the results of the RCA value of 30.50 or more than 1. Indonesian coffee also has a competitive advantage with a position in the maturation stage as evidenced by the TSI value of 0.90. Factors that have a significant and positive effect are the rupiah exchange rate, Indonesian coffee production, and Indonesian coffee prices.
