Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of circular economy principles in the operations of Pable and to analyze internal factors that influence its business growth using the Resource-Based View (RBV) approach. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that Pable has adopted a closed loop system in its business processes by building a collaborative ecosystem involving multiple stakeholders. The strategic utilization of internal resources such as the founder’s reputation, team capability, and process transparency has contributed to business growth, as reflected in increased partnerships, customer loyalty, and brand image. Nonetheless, structural challenges persist, particularly regarding the limited regulatory support and infrastructure needed to scale up the circular textile recycling industry at the national level.
