Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) on Organiizational Performance, with Operational Performance as an intervening variable. The research focuses on how effective work systems can enhance performance through the development of productivity, particularly within a container shipping service company. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 employees working in operational and logistics departments. A quantitative approach was used, with data analyzed using Partial Least Square, Structural Equation Modelling (PLSSEM) through the SmartPLS software to examine the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that both ICT and SCM contribute to Organizational performance. Operational Performance also plays a role in strengthening the link between effective work systems and optimal job achievement. These findings highlight that a work environment supported by reliable technology and logistics systems can foster productivity, which in turn drives better performance.
