Abstract

This research has 3 variables consisting of the Work-Life variable Balance (X), Counterproductive Work Behavior (Z) as a mediator, and Performance Employee (Y). Employee performance is an important benchmark for a company to achieve organizational success. In maintaining business continuity and realizing goals, companies must pay attention to various aspects can affect employee performance in the company, for example, maintaining employee work-life balance and paying attention to work behavior employees to support good productivity and company growth. This research aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance and the influence of Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance with Counterproductive Work Behavior as a mediating variable in workers construction of PT Swadaya Cipta Gresik. The research carried out is quantitative research. Research population totaling 150 workers and the research sample consisted of 60 workers. Technique Determining the sample uses a probability sampling technique with determination number of samples using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using analytical tools namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The research results show Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Work-Life Balance also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the mediating role of Counterproductive Work Behavior.
