Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Global Samudera Logistik in Surabaya. The background of the study is based on declining employee performance, which is influenced by late compensation and low work motivation. The study used a quantitative approach with a census technique involving 36 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to examine the relationship between compensation, work motivation, and employee performance. Variables were measured using a Likert Scale and tested for validity and reliability through measurement and structural models. The results showed that compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The company is advised to improve its compensation and motivation system to support employee productivity.
