Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work capability and compensation on performance. This research method is quantitative, with the population being Grab drivers in Surabaya. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, which involves selecting samples based on specific criteria. The analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results demonstrate that work capability has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while compensation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
