Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Nisfu Advertising and Communication. The study population were 71 frontline emloyees at PT Nisfu Advertising and Communication. Census was used in this study as samling method, so the sample used was 71 respondents. This study uses quantitative method with questionnaire as medium used to collect data. Data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Nisfu Advertising and Communication, as well as compensation and work environment. These findings indicate a mutually influential relationship between workload, compensation, work environment, and employee performance.
