Abstract

The demand for herbal-based health products is increasing as people become more aware of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Sidomuncul, a well-known local brand, is leveraging digital platforms like Tokopedia to expand its market. In the highly competitive e-commerce industry, product quality and promotional methods significantly influence customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the extent to which product quality and promotions influence customer satisfaction with Sidomuncul products on Tokopedia. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of consumers who had previously purchased Sidomuncul products on Tokopedia, with a minimum age of 17. A nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique was used to select 110 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The results show that both variables—product quality and promotion—have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with Sidomuncul products on Tokopedia. These findings are expected to inform strategic considerations for companies seeking to increase competitiveness and maintain customer trust on digital platforms.
