Abstract
MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in supporting the local economy. However, many MSME actors in Kepanjenlor Subdistrict, Blitar City, have not yet utilized digital technology to promote and sell their products. This study aims to design and develop a Web-based Emarketplace application to assist MSMEs in marketing their products online. The research adopts the Agile methodology, which consists of iterative stages: plan, design, develop, test, deploy, review, and launch. System requirements data were collected through observation and interviews with MSME actors. The system design was created using UML diagrams. The application was tested using the Black Box Testing method to evaluate all features, including user registration, login, profile management, shopping cart, product ordering, and product and account management by UMKM Admin and Superadmin. The test results showed that all features functioned according to the system’s functional requirements and achieved a high level of accuracy. The final result of this research is a Web-based E-marketplace application that allows users to register, log in, browse product catalogs, place orders, and manage MSME data. This application is expected to support the digitalization of MSMEs effectively and enhance the competitiveness of local products.
