Abstract

The manual transaction and product marketing process at Toko Manik-Manik Rhoisah has led to various challenges, such as limited market reach, dependency on direct communication, and inefficiencies in sales recording and management. The conventional system in use is unable to fully support business needs in the digital era. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce system was developed. The system was built using the Waterfall development approach and implemented with the Laravel framework. Key features include user registration and login, product search, shopping cart, wishlist management, custom product ordering, refund requests, order tracking, and manual payment through confirmation forms and proof of transfer uploads. Shipping cost estimation is integrated using the RajaOngkir API. System testing using the Black Box Testing method showed that all features functioned according to the functional requirements without any functional errors.
