Abstract
Along with the times, various industrial sectors are experiencing rapid progress, including the food and beverage sector. Competition among business actors is becoming increasingly fierce, requiring companies to continue to make innovations and improve product quality in order to maintain competitiveness. Indonesia is the second largest consumer of instant noodles in the world. This condition requires companies to continue to innovate and maintain the quality of their products, in order to maintain consumer loyalty. However, the high consumption of instant noodles can create a very potential market, and give rise to very intense competition between brands. Supermi as one of the instant noodle brands that has been present in the Indonesian market for a long time, to retain consumers to make repeat purchases, it is necessary to continue to innovate and maintain the quality of its products so that it remains relevant and in demand by consumers. In this study, in order to determine the impact of product innovation and product quality on repurchase decisions. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach and random sampling as the sampling method which was conducted on 95 consumers who have purchased Supermi products, for the location of this research conducted in the East Java region, with a focus on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Study Program UPN “Veteran” East Java. In this study, the survey technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to Supermi consumers, namely through the Google Forms platform and processed using Smart-PLS 3.0 statistical software.
