Abstract
This study aims to understand the implementation of employee relations at Nike Indonesia Retail Division Surabaya and explore the company's strategies in fostering harmonious and productive working relationships between management and employees. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that employee relations are implemented through the strengthening of organizational and internal communication, conducted effectively across vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines. The company also implements various programs such as the MVP of The Month award, competency development training, team building through running communities, and the provision of employee welfare facilities. However, the practice of employee relations still faces challenges such as high employee turnover, generational differences, sales target pressures, and limited career development opportunities. The company's continuous efforts to enhance communication and work relationships are key to creating a healthy, collaborative, and sustainable work environment.
