Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the influence of training, motivation, and creativity on employee performance at PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG Lestari. Employee performance is a fundamental element in achieving company objectives, particularly in the context of the sugar manufacturing industry, which heavily relies on operational efficiency and product quality. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative method, designed to test the causal relationships between independent and dependent variables. The variables of training, motivation, and creativity are hypothesized to influence the formation of employee performance. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG Lestari. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, involving validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression, simultaneous testing (F-test), partial testing (t-test), and the coefficient of determination. Before performing the regression analysis, a series of classical assumption tests were conducted, including validity and reliability tests for the instruments to ensure data quality, followed by normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Subsequently, multiple linear regression analysis was applied. The simultaneous test (F-test) was used to examine the overall influence of all independent variables together on employee performance, while the partial test (t-test) was performed to determine the significance of each independent variable's influence. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) was also calculated to measure the proportion of variance in employee performance explained by the model. The research results indicate that, simultaneously, the variables of training, motivation, and creativity significantly influence employee performance. Partially, the variables of training, motivation, and creativity also significantly influence employee performance. Keywords: Training, motivation, creativity, employee performance
