Abstract
Employee performance is a key factor in determining the quality of service in the hotel industry, especially amidst increasing customer expectations. Hotel Sinar 1 Sidoarjo has experienced various complaints that indicate a decline in employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, organizational culture, and workload on employee performance at Hotel Sinar 1 Sidoarjo. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample was 30 Hotel Sinar 1 employees, using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results showed that the three variables, knowledge sharing and organizational culture, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of effective human resource management, particularly through improving knowledge sharing, strengthening work culture values, and balanced workload distribution, to help improve hotel service quality.
