Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of understanding and analyzing the influence of job stress, leadership, and compensation on employee performance. The method applied is associative research with a quantitative approach. In this research, the intended population is all employees of PT Bahana Prestasi Surabaya, using a saturated sampling technique of 54 employees as a sample. Data processing uses the help of the SPSS 26 program, and uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The results obtained simultaneously variable work stress, leadership, and compensation have a significant relationship on employee performance. Partial testing of work stress and leadership variables has a significant relationship to employee performance, while the compensation variable has an insignificant relationship to employee performance. By considering these factors, the company can formulate more optimal policies to encourage the improvement of employee performance of PT Bahana Prestasi Surabaya. The findings in this research provide a theoretical contribution in expanding insights into the relationship between variables, as well as offering practical implications that can be utilized by companies to develop strategies to improve work ethic.
