Abstract

The massive technology has a significant impact on the education industry, starting from the use of interactive software to the personalization of learning materials. SMAN 14 Surabaya is one of the schools that has implemented Learning Management System (LMS) in providing learning activities for students and teachers. However, there are still some obstacles in its implementation, such as the failure of students to upload assignments to the infrequency of data backup by IT staff. Therefore, evaluation is an important step in knowing the extent of the success of LMS implementation by using the DeLone and McLean model as a reference in evaluating the success of information systems. This research was conducted on 282 respondents consisting of 97 of grade 10, 94 of grade 11, and 91 of grade 12 in the 2024/2025 academic year. In analyzing the data, researchers used SPPS, excel, and SmartPLS tools. Based on the conducted data analysis, it was found that there are eight influences that affect the success of LMS implementation and one that does not affect. The influencing factors in LMS success are system quality to user satisfaction, information quality to use and user satisfaction, service quality to use and user satisfaction, use to user satisfaction, and user satisfaction to net benefits. Meanwhile, system quality to use does not affect the success of LMS implementation.
