Abstract
In the rapidly evolving digital era, statistical data has a crucial role in supporting various aspects of life, including development planning, strategic decision-making, and the monitoring and evaluation of organizational performance. The success of making informed and efficient decisions heavily relies on the availability and accessibility of high-quality statistical data. Therefore, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Surabaya, as the institution responsible for collecting, processing, and disseminating statistical data at the city level, has proactively responded to the changing digital landscape. They have taken progressive steps by developing a Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu (PST) in digital. PST digital represents a modernization effort aimed at ensuring that the statistical data managed by BPS Surabaya can be accessed, analyzed, and utilized more effectively by various stakeholders, including government entities, the private sector, academia, and the general public. In its development, the website uses the prototyping method. By combining digital libraries, websites, and prototyping methods, it is hoped that this development will provide a significant breakthrough in improving the quality of statistical services provided by Badan Pusat Statistik Surabaya.
