Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine how employees' performance is impacted by their openness to change, level of work satisfaction, and interpersonal connections. A total of 128 workers from PT. LMN were used as a sample in this research. A quantitative strategy and a linear regression test were used in the study process. Employee performance, work happiness, and interpersonal connections are all positively and significantly impacted by a readiness to adapt, according to the study's conclusions. Workers who can easily adjust to new circumstances are more productive overall. Satisfied workers are more likely to go above and beyond. In addition, good interpersonal relationships in the work environment contribute to improving employee performance through effective communication and social support. According to the results, these three factors are critical in fostering peak performance from workers.
