Abstract
Customer satisfaction is an evaluative assessment after purchase that reflects the comparison between consumer expectations and the performance of the product or service received. So that customer satisfaction is important, because it can support business continuity. So that the company must be able to provide performance in accordance with consumer expectations and needs to create customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Price Perception, and Service Quality on Fore Coffee Consumer Satisfaction in Surabaya city. The number of samples taken was 112 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. This research analysis technique uses the partial least squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere, Price Perception, Service quality have a positive and significant effect on Fore Cofffee customer satisfaction in Surabaya city.
