Abstract
The Descriptive Analytics Information System is a website-based platform designed to improve data transparency from the work programs of the Surabaya City Social Service. The main objective of developing this system is to provide clear information about the Social Service work program to the people of Surabaya. With this system, the public can access and understand various work programs implemented by the Social Service through the website provided. The Descriptive Analytics Information System is equipped with various features to facilitate access to information. These features include an interactive dashboard that presents data visually, a complete profile of the Social Service, information about the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), as well as the latest news and information. With these features, users can easily find and understand the information they need. In addition to the main features, the Descriptive Analytics Information System also provides space for the public to provide feedback and suggestions regarding existing programs. This is expected to encourage active community participation in the development and evaluation of the Social Service work program. The transparency presented by the system is expected to build public trust in the Social Service and increase the effectiveness and efficiency in implementing work programs. Thus, the Information System not only functions as an information tool, but also as a means to build a closer relationship between the Social Service and the people of Surabaya. Through this system, the community can be more involved and support various initiatives implemented by the Social Service, so that social welfare in the city of Surabaya can be improved.
