Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in achieving the company's long-term goals. PT Raya Bumi Nusantara Permai (RBNP), a leading property developer in Indonesia, struggles with HRM, especially in Icon Mall Gresik. Although this mall is the largest world center in Gresik, HRM deals with issues such as non-objective performance evaluation, differences in job satisfaction based on tenure, and sending employee motivation. Transparent performance evaluation, proper tenure management, and increased work motivation can improve this situation, which will ultimately increase employee job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of performance evaluation, tenure, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Icon Mall Gresik. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 67 employees from division four. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results showed that performance evaluation, tenure, and work motivation contributed to employee job satisfaction. Performance evaluation is influenced through job mastery, tenure through commitment to the organization, and work motivation through achievement. The advice given is that companies need to improve performance evaluation, reward employee loyalty, and provide incentives to increase motivation and job satisfaction. Keywords: Performance evaluation; Tenure; Motivation; Job satisfaction; PLS
