Abstract
Due to the increasing public demand for beauty products, the cosmetic industry is currently growing rapidly. Currently in Indonesia there are many types of cosmetics, including hand & body lotion. Vaseline is one of the hand & body lotion brands that are sold offline and online. However, based on data from the Brand Index 2024, Vaseline hand & body lotion has experienced a significant decline of 4.3%. Therefore, researchers want to know whether price, product quality, and online buyer reviews influence their decisions to buy and repurchase products. In this study, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method was chosen because it allows simultaneous testing of various relationships. This study uses AMOS software to process data. Non-probability sampling was used for 120 questionnaire respondents who used Vaseline lotion with age criteria of 15-50 years and female gender. The results showed that price, product quality, and online buyer reviews had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then, price, product quality, and online buyer reviews also had a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases. While purchases also had a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases
