Abstract
This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of E-Learning Training and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. This research is a quantitative research that is associative. The population in this study is employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Unit. The number of samples used was 93 people. The sample was determined using nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The data collection method in this study was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies and data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS 27 program. This study uses a series of tests to prove and analyze it, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as F tests (simultaneous) and t-tests (partial). The results of this study show that E-Learning Training (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) together have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Unit. In addition, partially, these two independent variables also show a significant influence on Employee Performance. Keywords: E-Learning Training, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance
