Abstract
PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, known as a well-established financing company in Indonesia, has implemented the Adira Online ERP system to support its operational activities, including marketing, payments, customer data management, and cashier operations. While this system significantly enhances efficiency, its full potential is often hindered by employee-faced issues like system errors, slow performance, inaccurate data, and disruptions to team productivity. This thesis aims to evaluate the success of the Adira Online ERP system implementation from the employees’ perspective and to identify the influencing variables. The research employs the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) developed by DeLone and McLean and utilizes the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The sampling process was conducted randomly with 325 respondents using the simple random sampling technique. Six main variables were tested, and the results showed that 7 out of 8 hypotheses being accepted, while 1 being rejected. Specifically, the results show that System Quality significantly impacts User Satisfaction. Furthermore, Information Quality plays a crucial role, significantly affecting both Use and User Satisfaction. Finally, the interconnectedness of these elements is evident as User Satisfaction, system Use, and Individual Impact all significantly Organizational Impact. All hypotheses were tested with a p-value < 0.05, indicating statistically significant effects.
