Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of price, promotion, and service quality on the decision to purchase train tickets for users of Access By KAI in Surabaya simultaneously and partially. The independent variables (X) are "Goods, Price, Location, Promotion, People, Procedures, and Physical Evidence", and the dependent variable (Y) is "Revisit Interest". In this study, an associative quantitative method was used, with a purposive sampling technique from 100 respondents of Access By KAI users in Surabaya. To collect data, a questionnaire was used. The instrument was tested with validity and reliability tests. The test results showed that the instrument as a whole was valid and reliable. Multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, f test, and t test were used to analyze the data. This study shows that partially, the variables price, promotion, and service quality have a significant and positive influence on the decision to purchase train tickets for users of Access By KAI Surabaya. Then simultaneously price, promotion, and service quality have a significant and positive influence of 55.4% on the decision to purchase train tickets for users of Access By KAI Surabaya.
