Abstract

The development of e-commerce in the digital era is increasingly rapid and has become an important part of people's economic activities, especially among late teenagers. The decision to choose an e-commerce platform is influenced by various factors, such as price, quality, loyalty, and innovation offered by the platform. However, understanding changes in user preferences over time is still a challenge in previous studies. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors that influence the choice of e-commerce using the Latent Growth Curve Modeling (LGCM) approach. The methods used in this study include data collection through a questionnaire survey of 400 late teenager respondents, followed by descriptive analysis and LGCM modeling to see the growth patterns of the main variables. In addition, the Streamlit framework is applied to build an interactive interface that allows for more intuitive data exploration. The results of the analysis show that the price factor has the most significant influence on the choice of e-commerce, followed by loyalty and service quality. In addition, innovation has been shown to play a role in increasing initial perceptions of price, quality, and loyalty, but has no significant impact on changes in these variables over time. The LGCM model used shows a good fit based on the RMSEA, CFI, and TLI indicators. This research contributes by providing new insights related to changes in e-commerce user preferences and the development of Streamlit-based interactive systems. The implications of the results of this study can be used by business actors to design more effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in the e-commerce industry.
