Abstract
With the development of information technology, there is also an increase in the ways to complete a job. One of them is recording the administration process by using the population administration application. Application A good application is an application that can be useful for its users. With this we will analyze the user interface of the populationadministration application to improve the usability and usefulness of the application using the Heuristic Evaluation method which consists of 10 principle rules proposed by Molich and Nielsen. by Molich and Nielsen. Heuristic Evaluation according to the definition of interaction - design, heuristic evaluation is a process in which experts use rules of to measure the usability of user interfaces in an independent search and report problems. and reporting problems.
