Abstract
The process of correspondence and employee leave requests at PT Kelola Jasa Artha, Surabaya branch, is still carried out traditionally, which leads to inefficiencies in the disposition process, document archiving, and employee leave requests, as well as the risk of document loss and ineffective document retrieval. Due to the issues mentioned above, this thesis offers a solution by designing and developing a web-based E-Office Information System as a case study at PT Kelola Jasa Artha Surabaya to make the correspondence and leave request processes more effective and efficient. The system development method used in this thesis is the waterfall method, which consists of the following stages: planning, analysis, design, and implementation. For the testing phase, the black box testing method is used with test case implementation as the evaluation method. This thesis results in a web- based E-Office Information System at PT Kelola Jasa Artha Surabaya, which includes several key features, such as incoming and outgoing mail input, mail disposition, disposition sheet printing, employee leave requests, and leave approval sheet printing.
