Abstract

PT Andromedia is a company engaged in information technology consulting. One of the products of PT Andromedia is Kelava, which is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application intended to assist in managing the company's marketing process. However, Kelava does not yet support a sales system that can be done directly by customers. Therefore, a Customer Relationship Platform (CRP) system was designed and developed that allows customers to sell directly to customers, to make transactions directly through the website. To develop CRP system, the Scrum method is used to accelerate the flow of the process and make the development process more structured and systematic. This CRP system was developed as a child system of Kelava so that it can directly synchronize with the existing CRM system. so that it can directly synchronize with the pre-existing CRM system. In this field work practice, a CRP system was produced system that allows users to conduct online transactions through website and directly integrated with Kelava's existing CRM system.
