Abstract
This study aims to explore the influence of work experience, teamwork, and creativity on employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani. In this context, work experience, teamwork, and creativity are considered important in improving employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire employed to collect data. The population in this study consists of employees at PT Karya Kreasi Madani, with a sample size of 43 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that work experience has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani. Similarly, teamwork and creativity also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani. These findings demonstrate a reciprocal relationship between work experience, teamwork, creativity, and employee performance. Keywords: Work Experience, Teamwork, Creativity, Employee Performance.
