Abstract

The development of information technology has driven changes in various sectors, including in managing customer data in companies. This Field Work Practice aims to design and build a web-based information system to support the customer points program at Heloklin Indonesia. This system was designed using the ICONIX Process method which includes needs analysis, design, and testing. The implementation of this web-based system allows customers to access information on points, number of transactions and prizes that can be exchanged. By using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and CSS for interface layout. This system is designed to make it easier for companies to increase customer loyalty as well as operational efficiency. Therefore, it is hoped that this customer point information system can be an innovative solution that not only increases customer satisfaction and loyalty but also supports the company's vision and mission in providing environmentally friendly and sustainable sanitation services.
