Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the pastry & bakery sector are part of the MSME industry that focuses on the sale of various cakes and bread. Currently, many MSMEs in this field are still operated with limited human resources or even by individuals working alone. They face challenges such as lack of marketing, limited market reach, and poor financial management. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based e-marketplace application to address these issues. The application is developed using the Flutter framework for the user interface, Firebase for backend services, and Midtrans as the payment gateway. The development method employed is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of three main phases: requirement planning, RAD design workshops, and implementation. The resulting e-marketplace application features a total of 15 functions, including 11 core features to meet the needs of MSMEs in the pastry & bakery sector. These features include product management, order processing, payment integration, and revenue reporting. System testing was carried out through two iterations using black box testing to ensure the application’s functionality and performance. The test results showed that the entire system operates well without any errors.
