Abstract
Various age groups can consume traditional snacks, but it was found that teenagers are more likely to consume modern foods. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of adolescents in Surabaya and Sidoarjo towards traditional snacks and factors that influence purchasing decisions for traditional snacks. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with Likert scale measurement and Sem-Pls. Based on the results of the study, the overall perception of Surabaya and Sidoarjo teenagers towards traditional snacks based on 4 aspects, namely quality aspects, food safety aspects, price aspects, and cultural aspects, is in the average value of the good category. And factors that influence the decision to buy traditional snacks are cultural factors, social factors, psychological factors. While personal factors have no effect on traditional snack purchasing decisions.
