Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which financial technology, financial literacy, lifestyle, and self-control have an impact on student consumptive behavior. The population of this study is 4,495 active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UPN Veteran East Java. From this population, a sample of 98 students was selected using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaires and then analyzed using SmartPLS. The results showed that financial technology and self-control did not significantly influence students' consumptive behavior. In contrast, financial literacy and lifestyle financial literacy and lifestyle are proven to influence student consumptive behavior significantly.
