Abstract
This study aims to analyze the problem of declining profitability experienced by CV Sumber Arafat, a batik company in Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan. Although the company's revenue is quite stable, profitability continues to decline. To overcome these problems, this research applies the Business Model Canvas method and SWOT analysis. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviewing and filling out questionnaires to respondents consisting of company owners and employees. The results of the analysis show that CV Sumber Arafat has great potential to grow by utilizing existing strengths and open market opportunities. These conditions can be said to be very favorable and the strategy applied in these conditions is an aggressive strategy. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that CV. Sumber Arafat can increase sales through e-commerce, reduce operational costs, and increase competitiveness in the digital market so that the profit earned will also increase.
