Abstract
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji dan melihat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT PLN Icon Plus SBU Regional Bagian Jawa Timur (Surabaya). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari kuesioner yang dibagikan ke reponden. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Lest Square dengan Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM- PLS) sebagai alat analisis statistic. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
