Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in restaurants registered with the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Tax Service Agency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is Restaurant Taxpayers registered with the Regional Tax Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. Determining the sample in this study used the accidental sampling method. Data analysis used in this research was using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data collection technique is using a survey method, distributing questionnaires to restaurant taxpayers registered with the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Tax Service Agency, and literature studies in the form of books, journals and previous research. The results of this study show that taxpayer awareness influences taxpayer compliance, service quality does not influence taxpayer compliance, and tax sanctions influence taxpayer compliance.
